Cancellation policy

We understand that sometimes unexpected things happen and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly request that you give us at least 12 hours' notice so that we can offer your spot to someone else. If you fail to provide sufficient notice, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.

ARRIVAL TIME

We want you to have the best possible experience at our salon, so please plan to arrive no less than 5 minutes early for your scheduled appointment. Arriving early allows you to unwind and get settled in before your service begins. Please factor in any traffic or parking issues to ensure you arrive on time.

LATE ARRIVALS

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may cause you to run late. However, if you arrive more than 5 minutes late, we may need to modify your service or reschedule you for the next available time slot. We will do our best to accommodate you, but please understand that we cannot always run over time as it can impact other clients' appointments.

NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS

We reserve your appointment time especially for you, and a no-show appointment means that someone else missed the chance to book that spot. If you miss your appointment without giving us any notice, we will charge you 100% of the cost of services booked.

MOBILE PHONE USE & RECORDINGS

We want to create a peaceful and tranquil environment for all of our clients, so please turn your phone to silent or vibrate mode when you arrive at our salon. Please keep personal phone conversations to a minimum, and refrain from using speakerphone or watching videos with sound in the common areas. Recording devices, including apps on your phone, are strictly prohibited in our service rooms to protect the privacy of our clients and staff. Thank you for your cooperation.
