BE ON TIME We want you to enjoy the full experience. Arriving a few minutes early helps us stay on schedule and start your service relaxed and ready.

WEAR OPEN-TOED SHOES FOR CLASSIC POLISH Gel cures instantly, but classic polish needs more time to dry. Sandals or slides help prevent smudging on the way out.

BOOK YOUR WAX BEFORE YOUR NAILS, NOT AFTER Waxing after a classic polish can smudge or dent your finish. If you’re doing both, schedule your wax first.

BOOK YOUR SPRAY TAN AFTER YOUR NAILS NOT BEFORE Products used during nail services can interfere with your spray tan. We recommend booking your nails at least one day before your tan.

DON'T PEEL OFF YOUR GEL POLISH We get it, it’s tempting! But peeling can damage your nails and affect your next set. Let us remove it safely for you.

LET CLASSIC POLISH FULLY DRY It can take a few hours to fully harden, so be gentle and avoid tight shoes after a pedicure.

BE KIND TO YOUR NAILS Wear gloves for cleaning, moisturize daily, and apply cuticle oil to keep nails flexible and healthy.

DON'T PEEL OFF YOUR GEL POLISH Peeling or picking gel can damage your natural nails and cause lifting next time. If you’re ready to get them off, book an appointment with us.

PLAN YOUR MAINTENANCE To keep your nails consistently looking their best, we recommend booking your next visit before you leave.

KEEP AN EYE ON TOENAIL GROWTH Even if the gel still looks good, we suggest returning every 4 to 6 weeks for reshaping and fresh polish to maintain the health and appearance of your toenails.
