Can I share a package with my friend?
Packages are tied to one account, so no. Gift cards are the way to share.
Can I mix and match services in a package?
Each 4-pack is for one service (four Brazilians, four BIAB manicures, and so on). Want variety? Buy more than one 4-pack or book a bundle.
Can I use my 4-pack at any location?
Yes. Buy once, use it at Lonsdale, Mountain Hwy or West Van.
Nails: which 4-pack do I buy?
If you'll have gel on when you come in, buy the "with removal" version so your appointment is booked with enough time. Fresh nails, buy the standard one.
When do gift card bonuses expire?
Bonus cards are added to your account automatically at checkout and are valid for one year.
Can I use my gift card bonus to buy a package?
Yes. The bonus works like any gift card balance, on services, packages and products.
Can I buy a gift card for myself?
